Guess who's getting a new episode all focused on herself this week?

I read this challenge: "How many characterizations of Luna can we bust out before her big debut on the 22nd?! I almost want to run another Luna event just to see!" And since all of the Princess Luna fanon is going to be reset come Saturday 22 October 2011, I figured now is as good a time as ever to go ahead and post some Loona.
So yeah. There you go. Have a blast. Time to find somepony to ship her with Molestia in a fic before the episode airs.

At the time of drawing, I added the Celestia-themed balloons to add an element of the other princess to it as well. Seemed a tiny bit fitting given Luna's backstory of jealousy. Maybe she's blowing off steam with the balloons, or maybe that's something she could have done to prevent the transformation into Nightmare Moon, but I dunno.

But it's all good, popper or non-popper Luna, as long as she's having fun, it'll probably turn out cute and fun. ^_^ Have you drawn Princess Luna before?

I think the bunny one is a decent drawing, but it doesn't appeal to my tastes much. Also, while Twilight has a book to interact with, Luna is interacting with Twilight. Which makes Twilight the more interesting portion of the image overall, for me. In the sense that my eyes roam from Twilight's book, to Twilight herself, then to Luna, and back to Twilight who Luna is talking to.

Well, the scene, I didn't create it as a whole, means that they were just independent sketches, there wasn't any relation bewteen one character and another, just a experiment I decided to do, and since the size of the paper I decided to draw two sketches per page ^^

I would like to draw Luna but not as an pony but like another animal, I am drawing Pinkie Pie as a pig and Fluttershy as a bunny, I drew Ditzy Hooves as a cat and also Rarity and Applejack is a cow ^^ I would like to decide what species change I could do for Luna ^_^

This picture really is awesome. I knew Luna was a bad girl, but sheesh! ;)
The snorting gives it the extra bit of determination. Guess Discord is about to loose his head all over her? XD
